Mobile Field Service

The Innosoft Mobile Field Service is the optimal support for field representatives at work. By means of the direct feedback of the assignment data (times, spare parts, travel expenses, assembly reports etc.) right after completion of the services on site the service assignments can promptly be processed further  and approved for invoicing in the head office.

Project Management

When it comes to the planning and implementation of complex projects in the sector of machinery and plant engineering, Innosoft Project Management is the ideal tool for the graphical scheduling and capacity control, from the construction to the manufacture and the assembly. In addition, the always up-to-date overview of the order workflow and the capacity requirements in each area facilitates the creation of the annual business plan.

Software Update Version 5.0

The current version 5.0 of the Innosoft Service Management System provides some significant modifications and amendments in comparison to the previous versions of the system. The graphical user interface (GUI) has been redesigned, the look and feel now being much more modern without confronting the users of the legacy applications with any adjustment difficulties, since the logical structures have been maintained and new operating elements are highly intuitive.

In addition to some new features the version 5.0 has the primary objective to

  • simplify the handling and operation by reorganizing the function buttons
  • enable the use of other characters, such as e.g. of the Chinese or Russian language, by introducing the Unicode capability
  • adapt the design of the applications to the current Windows version (7 and 8)

Software Update Version 4.5

As in every year Innosoft GmbH presents a version update for the software modules of the Service Management System for 2011. In the now available version 4.5 the Innosoft software developer team has implemented numerous useful modifications, which make working with the software even more convenient compared to the previous version 4.4.

Some significant functions are:

  • Improved documentation of the machine locations by allocation of the technical workplaces to an address
  • Availability in more languages
  • Extension of the authorisation concept
  • Expansion of the deposited skills and improved matching possibilities with the requirements of the assignments
  • Advanced filters for resource types as well as user-dependent and general team filters

Software Update Version 4.4

The version update 4.4 of the Innosoft Service Management System is now available. The new version is fast, more easy to use and it supports the users’ activities in a convincing way. With new possibilities regarding the interactive cooperation of Project Management and Resource Planning routine jobs can be carried out more efficiently e.g. in case of complex orders in the programming or in the service and external installations. Important functions such as the enhanced Customer Relationship Management enable new approaches in the development of a CRM system, and even approved functions in modules such as the Resource Planning or the connection of the Mobile Field Service have been improved further.

Some of the most important functions are:

  • Administration of  the most diverse resource types incl. own tabs
  • Acquisition of articles from the quotation processing by interaction with the Materials Management
  • Editing of mass data in the Mobile Field Service
  • Increased security due to an advanced authorisation concept
